Green Renewable Affordable Sustainable energy for all.

CPG Pars Company is a leading company in the field of solar energy. It started its energy unit in 2017 and has been successfully involved in engineering, supply, construction, operation and maintenance of solar projects. The company can provide preliminary studies, technical and financial feasibility, solar power plant design and engineering, external equipment (solar panel and inverter) and internal equipment supply, construction, installation, commissioning and operation of solar power plants.

The company aims to contribute to the country’s electricity demand, especially during the peak consumption in summer. It also considers the potential of Yazd province and its proximity to the industrial complexes owned by the company. Therefore, it has defined and implemented several solar projects in this area.

The company has a long-term vision and a broad role in renewable energy production. It also wants to be aware of the latest technologies and participate in the country’s macro-energy policies. To achieve these goals, it has joined two solar energy associations: International Solar Energy Society (ISES) and Renewable Energy Association of Iran (IRNA). The membership in ISES helps the company to identify new technologies and create partnerships. The membership in IRNA helps the company to overcome the challenges and problems faced by solar and wind power plant owners and to create the necessary infrastructure for its projects.

Shahid Fakhrizadeh 10 MW Solar Power Plant – Omid 1

  • Location: Ardakan, Yazd province
  • Capacity: 10 MW
  • Annual energy production: 21 million kWh
  • Technology: PERC monocrystalline panels

This solar power plant is one of the projects implemented by CPG Pars Company in Yazd province. It uses high-efficiency PERC monocrystalline panels that can produce more electricity than conventional panels. The plant has a capacity of 10 MW and can generate 21 million kWh of clean energy per year. This can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by about 15,000 tons annually.

Ongoing Projects:

-Ardakan 10 MW Solar Power Plant – Omid 2

  • Location: Ardakan city, Yazd province
  • Capacity: 10 MW
  • Annual energy production: 20 million kWh
  • Technology: PERC monocrystalline panels

-Bahabad 10 MW Solar Power Plant – Omid 3

  • Location: Bahabad city, Yazd province
  • Capacity: 10 MW
  • Annual energy production: 20 million kWh
  • Technology: PERC monocrystalline panels

These are two of the solar projects that CPG Pars Company is currently working on in Yazd province. They both use PERC monocrystalline panels, which have a higher efficiency and lower degradation rate than conventional panels. They can also perform better in low-light conditions and high temperatures. This makes them ideal for the climate of Yazd province, which is one of the sunniest and driest regions in Iran.

Solar Power Plant:

A solar power plant is a type of clean and renewable energy production plant that uses the sun’s light and heat to generate electricity. These plants use solar panels (or solar cells) to convert sunlight into electricity. Solar cells are usually made of semi-conducting materials that can convert photons of light into electric current. When sunlight hits the solar cells, electrons move in the molecular structure of the cells and create an electric current. This current is then sent to an inverter that changes the direct current (DC) from the solar cells into alternating current (AC) that can be used to power devices and appliances.

Benefits of Solar Power Plant:

Solar power plants have many advantages over other sources of energy. They are clean, renewable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. Some of the main benefits of solar power are:

  • Clean and eco-friendly: Solar power plants do not produce any harmful emissions or pollutants that can damage the environment or human health. They also reduce the dependence on fossil fuels, which are finite and contribute to global warming.
  • Renewable: Solar power plants use the sun as their energy source, which is abundant and inexhaustible. The sun provides more energy in one hour than the world uses in one year.
  • Cost-effective: Solar power plants have low operating and maintenance costs compared to other power plants. They also save money on electricity bills and protect against future increases in electricity prices.
  • Flexible: Solar power plants can be installed in different locations, such as rooftops, deserts, mountains, or islands. They can also be connected to the grid or operate independently as off-grid systems.
  • Reliable: Solar power plants can provide a stable and consistent supply of electricity, especially during peak demand periods. They can also store excess electricity in batteries or other storage devices for later use.
