Designing and localizing the production of a machine for cleaning solar panels is one of the knowledge-based activities of CPG Pars Company in the energy sector.

Solar panel washing machines are tools that are used to maintain the efficiency and performance of solar panels against environmental pollution. These tools can be classified into mechanized and non-mechanized (manual) categories. Mechanized tools include robots, screens, and water purification systems that automatically clean solar panels with high speed and efficiency using pure water without solvents. Non-mechanized methods use human labor to manually clean solar panels. This method is time-consuming, difficult, and consumes more water.

Metal Couch Briquettes

Various metals produce chips, shavings, and scraps in different processes, such as steel, stainless steel, copper, iron, tin, aluminum, etc. All of these metals can be recycled. Some of these metals, such as copper, tin, and aluminum, belong to the non-ferrous metal group, while those that contain iron belong to the ferrous metal group, which eventually becomes iron waste. The briquette process recovers the slag and metal scraps from cutting and returns them to the production cycle. The strength and excellence of the couch briquette production line of CPG Pars Company lies in the technology used in its production. This production line is completely localized and has various unique parts that are exclusively available to the company by using the technical knowledge and experience of CPG Pars.

In the above project, each piece is designed and built after detailed mapping. This project reached the commercialization stage in three phases and within two years from the initial design stage and is ready to produce couch briquettes for all consumer industries. The equipment of the above project has been completely designed, manufactured, assembled, and commissioned by CPG Pars Company. Moreover, a complete line for supplying scrap steel production line has been provided and delivered.
